Professor Roger Carroll II holds a Black Belt In "American Jiu-Jitsu" and a Black Belt in Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a black belt in Judo.
Professor Roger is also a Professional MMA Fighter and has over 22 years of MMA experience and instructs all classes at Superior Martial Arts Academy along with several network schools in the area.

9-3-0. And is now 1-0 as a pro mma fighter..Jan 22 , 2009 Superior Martial Arts Academy's own Joseph "ElDingoLoco" Carroll won his PRO Debut in Charlotte NC at the Charlotte Convention Center aginst Matt Covan all proceds went to charitys for kids.

Janelle started her training in 2002 and holds rank in Karate, is a Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt, and a brown belt in Judo. She is also Instructor Scott's wife and long time training partner. Through the years she has secured wins at the Gracie State Championship, Nito Cup, and other karate, jiu jitsu, judo competitions and a member of Team Superior's BJJ team

Sensei Scott White has trained in martial arts since 1998 and began teaching on his own in 2008. He has won numerous karate tournaments, and has won such prestigious grappling tournaments as NAGA, the Gracie State Championships, and The Budweiser World Jiu Jitsu Cup. Sensei White is a certified black belt instructor in Kadaka Ryu Karate, a licensed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt instructor under Professor Roger Carroll II , and a member of Team Superior's BJJ team.
